Common questions.
How is pricing calculated?
Flat rates, based on bedroom and bathroom count and the type of clean. Bigger or messier homes may add a one-time first-visit fee. We'll always tell you up front, never as a surprise on the invoice.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. About two-thirds of our regulars give us a key code or hide-a-key location. We confirm we're done with a quick text and a photo.
What about pets?
We love them. Tell us their names and any quirks (door dashers, vacuum-haters) when you book and we'll plan around them.
What products do you use?
We bring our own. Mostly Method and Mrs. Meyer's plus a few specialty cleaners for tile and stainless. Have a fragrance you can't be around? Let us know. We have unscented options too.
